Upon the package’s arrival, we encourage you to check it/them as soon as possible. In the factory line, we’ll check every detail of the product for you, and make sure the related tools are included. Our QC department will re-check the furniture you ordered is correctly before they are packed and sent to you. This is in addition to the normal quality assurance checks that all the details have passed in the factory line. Our delivery teams treat your order with care so it can arrive in the best condition possible, but if there is any visible damage on the product or to your home during the delivery process, please contact Customer Service Team ( within 72 hours of the delivery so we can try to repair or replace the damaged item as soon as possible.
